Developed the creative department at this advertising agency which specializes in agriculture, essentially from scratch. During this time (1990- 2001), AdFarm grew (staff: 10 to 45, offices 1 to 3). Responsibility for ten staff members. I wrote, directed or supervised creative work that made marketplace gains for clients and won numerous awards (Ad Rodeo, Summit Awards, Best of NAMA, Best of CAMA) in the U.S. and Canada. Involved with top client management on branding and planning issues. As director of the company, I sat on the board, shared in overall management, headed several task forces and led the branding of AdFarm. I named the company, wrote the mission statement and was instrumental in award-winning office design.
