Ian contributed a lot to the team as he was very knowledgeable with Solidworks CAD, as well as the physical product and processes. I would certainly recommend Ian.

I worked with Ian in 2019 managing technical changes. Ian coped well with taking over an established role within an existing process. There was immediate pressure to perform to support manufacturing and fleet operations activities and he met this challenge. Once embedded in the process, he was able to identify improvements to the tracking and reporting tools to make his activities more efficient. One of Ian's strengths is to ask questions (more specifically, the right questions) to ensure that the scope of work, the deliverables and any expectations on the role are clear, rather than proceeding based on assumption. This gave me the confidence in Ian to work independently.
