Army Aircraft Technician

Aircraft Technician, Physical Training Instructor and REME Parachute Display Team member. My role as an Aircraft Technician required me to work as a member of crew responsible for the maintenance of Army helicopters. I specialized in airframes and engines. I experienced operational deployments, first and second line maintenance, multinational exercises, and cross service training. As a Physical Training Instructor I was responsible for the management and development of physical training at sub unit level. My greatest success was managing the physical training requirements of 7 Air Assault Battalion for three months as a CPL. As a member of the REME Parachute Display team, I was the ground liaison for demonstration jumps. I was required to establish and manage the Drop and Landing Zones. Part of my role included giving commentary pre, during, and post demonstration.
