I was required to roster and manage staff for various corporate and non corporate events through out the Sydney region. I was required to adapt to last minute changes to event requirements and staff availability in order to staff accordingly. British Army

  Aircraft Technician, Physical Training Instructor and REME Parachute Display Team member. My role as an Aircraft Technician required me to work as a member of crew responsible for the maintenance of Army helicopters. I specialized in airframes and engines. I experienced operational deployments, first and second line maintenance, multinational exercises, and cross service training. As a Physical Training Instructor I was responsible for the management and development of physical training at sub unit level. My greatest success was managing the physical training requirements of 7 Air Assault Battalion for three months as a CPL. As a member of the REME Parachute Display team, I was the ground liaison for demonstration jumps. I was required to establish and manage the Drop and Landing Zones. Part of my role included giving commentary pre, during, and post demonstration.
