Controlled the planning for the deployment and recovery the staff of 2 sub-regional commands to Kosovo. Controlled the passenger movement of all British Military personnel from the UK to the Middle East for invasion of Iraq. Assisted in the planning and the executive control of that plan for the recovery of troops once initial war fighting had ended. Deployed, supported and recovered 400 troops to Sierra Leone with minimal staff. Developed and delivered an in house training package for junior colleagues. Lead a team identifying personnel requiring additional basic skills support within a 400 personnel size unit, then provision and loading of training from outside agencies. Headed up a team covering movement control support to the British Military in Northern Germany, covering air, road, rail and sea. Deploying to both Iraq and Afghanistan on separate occasions, controlling the movement of passengers in and out of the relevant area of operation. Controlled the return of material from the Balkans for 4 months as the last units were withdrawing.
