He has drawn on years of international training experience, a solid background in N.L.P. and non verbal communication, conflict resolution and experience & collaboration with the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation, to produce a series of training courses in which all theory taught is put into practice during the course in which trainees learn specific techniques to become effective presenters, negotiators, sales persons, leaders, etc. As an example, I saw several cases of trainees who were only able to give sloppy and ineffective presentations who by the end of the course had completely modified their presentation habits and gave a final presentation that was clear, communicative and convincing and with the key points easily remembered.
