      As Project Controls Manager my main responsibilities are the recording and reporting of the Progress of the Contractor (Samsung) on the building of the Aluminium Rolling Mill and Can Reclamation Facility.       Project Controls Manager on multiple international projects including Borouge II ,Train 4 and Cabinda Gas Plant, my main responsibilities were concentrating on Cost on the construction of (1) 23,000m3 Propylene Tank in Abu Dhabi and the Cabinda Gas Plant in Angola followed by my return to Abu Dhabi for Train 4 to oversee the Costing PC’s on 8 new Cryogenic Storage Tanks (3 Butane, 3 Propane and 2 Naptha). Weekly and Monthly Cost and Progress Reports to Site Management, Corporate and client, Review and Reclassification of costs within JDE and production, issue and review of the monthly PSR and PMR’s. Preparation and issue of the Site Cost Forecast, liaising with Engineering, Procurement and construction departments to ensure these are robust and all encompassing. Additionally CBI EAME Region (Europe, Africa & Middle East) rolled out the cost forecast workbook I designed and used on the Angola Gas Plant & Train 4 Ruwais Tanks Projects to all new Projects as the standard cost forecast template.Management of Change as required, review of Contractor performance analysis, ad-hoc verification of Contractors activities, their sub-contractors, and any other entities involved in the project.Update of the Risk Register and regular meetings with Risk Holders to ensure they were actively managing the risks assigned.I also assisted the Commissioning / Completion Turnover Department to set-up the commissioning sub-system packages and turnover process. Initially I liaised with the clients Commissioning / Completion team to ensure that the system was rigorous enough to ensure their buy in and acceptance.
