  I am responsible for the programming, promotional, personnel, and technical operations across all of Bayshore's radio stations. With my programming and promotional team, I work to constantly improve on our on-air performance and grow our audiences. I also work closely with our sales team to grow revenue, while ensuring our operation remains lean and we invest smartly in our product. I oversee Bayshore's digital properties as well, including the overall design of our websites and managing content development.

  This was a tremendous opportunity in 2012 to take over the management of two small radio stations on the Lake Huron shoreline. Each station and each market has its own unique character, though the stations shared a fair bit of common programming and personnel. I lived in Goderich but spent about half my time in Port Elgin. At each station, I was responsible for the general branding and sound of the station, personnel management, promotions, technical challenges, and more. I also continued my role as Bayshore's primary online content developer.

  I was part of the launch of Bayshore's 7th station, Sunshine 89.1 in Orillia. I hosted a live weekend morning show for two years, while also looking after web content development for all Bayshore stations during the week. I also looked after a number of other programming and promotional tasks including voicetracking for Sunshine and other stations across the chain.

  I was hired at Bayshore to look after website content development for its 6 radio stations. I was also part of the promotions team, provided community event reporting throughout the year, and remote broadcast equipment setup/teardown. I started voicetracking, and then in early 2010 became the live weekend host on Mix 106.5.
