Chris is not only the absolute best project manager I have ever worked with in my professional design experience, he has an obvious passion for user experience design. It is refreshing to have worked with a project manager who can delegate tasks in a congenial manner under serious pressure, but also understands the design limitations of software development. I believe it is his background in graphic design that makes him so unique. Rather than taking a silo approach to software development, he is one of the rare PM's I have worked with who likes to work with all members of the team, design, dev and test, to improve the UX or UI of a product.
