Obtain acknowledgement.  Periodically review need for new documents and adequacy of existing documents.  Ensure that obsolete copies are withdrawn from point of use, and stamped "Obsolete" if required to be retained.  Coordinate issue of password for protection of Documents, Data and Records in electronic media.  Prepare Annual Audit Plan, based on QMS performance data (and their trends) of previous financial year, including effectiveness & efficiency measures, customer complaints, non-conformities, etc. collected and analyzed  Carry out monthly reviews of Customer Complaints, rejection, rework, achievement of Effectiveness & Efficiency of QMS processes, etc., previous audit reports etc. and identify weak processes for audits.  Prepare monthly audit schedule on Advance notice for Internal Audit and release to all relevant functions and personnel.  Select competent and independent auditors (Personnel Attribute Evaluation sheet for internal auditors) and intimate auditors and auditees.
