Formerly Dentsu McGarryBowen I successfully devised, developed, and embedded innovative marketing communications campaigns that delivered the clients’ brand vision. I achieved this through developing creative concepts, established the overall design vision, and then led visual communications including the design output and work processes for all the brands. I continually ensured the clients' objectives were achieved to support the company's growth. I supervised a range of productions which included product photo shoots, television commercials, events, and activations. I ensured the brand tone and voice was captured and consistent across all platforms. In addition to this, I led, coached, and mentored a team of three Art Directors and two Copy Writers. I also continually sought new opportunities and ensured creative works of the agency were published across international platforms and submitted for awards. I helped position the agency as the second most creative agency in Nigeria in 2021.

I was responsible for managing the visual communications and design output for over 14 brands within the agency while ensuring exceptional customer service was delivered. I successfully developed creative concepts, established the overall design vision, and lead project development activities to specification, within budget, and to strict timescales. I led a team of five, coached and mentored them, and supported them with a range of projects. I also positively collaborated with third part specialists which could include artists, illustrators, printers, and photographers. Due to performance, I was able to successfully position the agency as one of Nigeria’s top ten creative agencies in 2016.
