Oversee the revision and/or creation of protocols for all company policies and procedures. Provide individual supervision and evaluation to all department directors. Attend weekly administrative inter-disciplinary meetings. Guarantee the provision of a sufficient number of adequately trained professional staff to carry out all company functions.
