At Stream Global Services I worked on a campaign for one of the "Big 6" gas suppliers in the UK. My role was to make outbound calls contacting existing customers selling Homecare, which is a range of comprehensive products to protect boiler & central heating systems. This role involved working towards 3 sperate KPI's, and required excellent interpersonal and communication skills. I aslo had to use my strong negotation skills and remain professional at all times. As a Manager of the Hotel I was in charge of 30 – 40 members of staff. I was also in charge of doing weekly staff rotas, interviewing potential new staff members and training new and current staff as well making sure the hotel as whole is running smoothly. I dealt with any guest complaints and making sure that the needs of each and every guest was fulfilled. As part of my role I implemented a new set of service standards that the staff must adhere to. I also successfully introduced new training procedures. Additionally I was also in charge of running weddings at the hotel. This involved making sure the ceremony and the dinner were set and ready and the guests every need was met. I also acted as the Master of Ceremonies at the weddings. I was heavily involved in the sales team at the hotel, this involved coming up with new sales strategies and well as face to face sales with customers. Show less
