He has fantastic stakeholder management skills. He is patient and diligent with each and every hiring manager or colleague.       At Stream Global Services I worked on a campaign for one of the "Big 6" gas suppliers in the UK. My role was to make outbound calls contacting existing customers selling Homecare, which is a range of comprehensive products to protect boiler & central heating systems. This role involved working towards 3 sperate KPI's, and required excellent interpersonal and communication skills. I aslo had to use my strong negotation skills and remain professional at all times.       As a Manager of the Hotel I was in charge of 30 – 40 members of staff. I was also in charge of doing weekly staff rotas, interviewing potential new staff members and training new and current staff as well making sure the hotel as whole is running smoothly.
