I work with male executives to understand male privilege, patriarchy and predjudices, and use these insights to proactively partner with the other genders to achieve gender equality.➡️ I work with participants through either 𝟭𝗼𝗻𝟭 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 or in a 𝗰𝗼𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺.The Bloke Coaching cohort program combines faciliated workshops, with 1on1 coaching for each participant. Our second child, accelerated my development even further. Whereas once time management may have been a development area, I was able to achieve more in less time. Sammy is stubborn and assertive, and considers himself on par with his brother - refusing to let age or experience discourage him. Fathering Alex has made me a more tolerant, empathetic and resilient human being.Alex is a passionate, energetic and enthusiastic kid with ADHD and Oppositional Defiance Disorder (ODD). Before Alex came along, I didn't know much about neurodiversity, and fathering him, learning to channel his energies into productive pursuits and nurturing him into the little man he is, has been a massive challenge but truly rewarding.
