Originally planned as a role to help the brewery bring their small pack production in house, the impact of the COVID 19 pandemic changed the way we had to work. When I began, the output of the brewery output was around 80% keg and 20% small pack. When hospitality was shutdown in March 2020 that changed to 100% small pack, and necessitated quick thinking, hard work and team work in order to save the company. I worked on-site throughout the pandemic, stopping only to begin my university studies.
