  As a CSR for a wholesaler, my day to day role involved answering questions and assisting customers with various issues. I worked with the various office teams to make sure that any claims were resolved with the best solution for both the customer and the business. I was also responsible for assisting the sales team with reports, forms, and other administrative tasks.
