Brynjar Hartmannsson
I had the pleasure of working with Iain in the turbulent 2020. He’s a wealth of knowledge all things agile and possesses the focus to put it to effective use. Iain joined the team not long after everyone started working remotely and although not having met anyone in person, he proved his worth from day one. Iain, as an agile team lead/scrum master, played a crucial role in the successful delivery of ICMS for the Scottish Courts of Session, by managing/supporting a high-velocity developer team based on agile principles. I hope our paths will cross again somewhere in the future!

I worked with Iain for a short period of time while we were Scrum Masters but he has an immense knowledge of Scrum and Agile with some fantastic retro's. He helped a lot with my onboarding and fantastic support for the whole team. He's excellent at noticing dysfunctions and anti-patterns. Would love to work together again.
