__Instructional Design__ I designed many of Highfield's interactive learning experiences for the enterprise sector, as well as further bespoke e-learning products for the company's many clients. I drew on teaching experience to make the online courses and their activities varied and engaging, whilst following a structured learning process based upon sound educational theory. __Voice-over and Presenting__ I provided voice-over recording and green-screen presenting to many of Highfield's learning materials. My clear, neutral British English accent and classroom experience have given me an adaptable style suitable for any context, and I understand the importance of using pacing and emphasis to enhance learning content. _Interim Proofreader_ My attention to detail and grammatical accuracy led me to proofread Highfield's outgoing training and promotional materials during the summer of 2019.
