Iain was in charge of communicating issues regarding the Bachelor of Technology that was taught at both Curtin Bentley and Curtin Sarawak. His communications were clear and prompt; electronic interactions are difficult at the best of times but Iain made my job much easier. He found the right balance between being relaxed and keeping up standards. I have also had Iain as a trainer for CISCO certification. His communication and interpersonal skills impressed me in this capacity as well. I highly recommend his communication skills and attitude towards the task at hand.
