  GHI Contracts, established in 1994, is a private limited company, and principal contractor, specialising in the fit-out and refurbishment of commercial properties. We operate in all market segments, with a strong and successful track record of delivery of high quality office accommodation, full building refurbishments, education and healthcare sector projects. Based in Bellshill, we work throughout the UK for existing clients albeit the majority of projects are carried out in the central belt of Scotland. GHI provide a complete turnkey operation including full building services, with the option for Design and Build, as this project requires. We work closely with our clients and their project teams to ensure project satisfaction and delivery, on time, to budget, using our exacting standards. Projects range from £100,000 to £10,000,000 on works ranging from a light touch refurbishment to large scale multi-phase design and build projects, including space planning, partitions, joinery, M&E building services and structural cabling, as well as ceilings, flooring, builders works, decoration, furniture and move management.
