I am founder and was CEO of a 24 hour call handling business "Office Response". We started in 1999 with no money, no staff and a good idea. In December 2013 we were answering or making over 2 million calls a year and making millions of outbound calls for over 600 clients of varying sizes and business sectors and continuing to grow and develop. After 15 years at the helm of Office Response my final project in OR's growth and development was to arrange the merger with Direct Response.
