Iain has been extremely helpful in supporting my requests and has maintained contact to ensure any queries I've had have been resolved. He is always a friendly voice on the end of the phone which means a lot in the days of online and social media overload! Sometimes its just good to speak to someone and Iain is happy to oblige. Iain is aware my passion lies in connecting businesses to the community for mutual benefit and has gone above and beyond to build this into his organisations ethos. He has been keen to learn more about my businesses and the activity I am involved in. He has been open to suggestions as to how to use the company's CSR more effectively and has been keen to support my work too by offering a workshop to my VCSE clients in the future. I always look for people in business who not only look to do 'just a job' but engage with others to assist where they can. I have witnessed that Iain and his organisation do this in multiple ways offering additional support when able and it makes all the difference.
