Initially, my study will cover droplet analysis, microbial heteroresistance up to single-cell analysis. However, life happened and now, I am focusing on developing accessible workflow for droplet-based experiment.   During this internship, I enhanced my bioinformatic skills and dealt with microbial genomes. I analyzed hundreds of bacterial genomes and utilized some aligner tools, e.g. BWA, hashing method, etc. I also learned how to use Docker, AWS, etc. Interestingly, I had to program with R and Perl at the beginning and created some bash commands to support the workflow construction and analysis. Even, an inanimate object can be the starting point of the garden concept. It was interesting because I had a chance to collaborate with artists to make the actual artwork and was exhibited the art in a museum.
