• Designed the initiative and led the early bilateral talks of the Partnership for ASEAN-ROK Methane Action(PARMA) with the ASEAN secretariat, the Global Green Growth Institute, Vietnam and Indonesia by structuring a two pillar approach that can allow Carbon Credit Development projects (Pillar 2) to be executed simulatneously with policy capcity building programmes(Pillar1) and blended financial support mechanisms for the initiative.• Lead Negotiator in Global Stocktake agenda of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change Negotiations (UNFCCC) (2021 COP26 in Glasgow, Inter-sessional work, 2022 SB56 in Bonn): Strengthened Korea's presence in the Global Stocktake workstream by implementing a new communication method inside the team so that the team could follow and share track records of the negotiation effectively.
