Finding colleagues like Haileab does not occur often. Leading several teams in the development of FMEA's and with some of the most advanced technologies Bendix has to offer. Haileab is insightful, courageous, patient, and highly capable at collaborating with cross-functional teams. Always maintaining a strong deliverable driven mindset, he is an excellent friend to have when coordinating groups to meet deadlines. Outside of work, he's a very considerate and respectful person. Always ensuring every member of a team building activity feels included and has every opportunity to share their experiences. As a well-rounded person himself, I would say his presence has always had a thoughtful component.

Haileab is a fantastic team player. It was a pleasure to work with him at Bendix because of his natural talent for teaching, which definitely help me become better skilled in the profession we both shared. On top of that, he has an outstanding work ethic and huge positive attitude that brings great energy to the room. He would be a valuable member of any group.
