Meer dan 2 jaar heb ik samen met Hyke mogen werken. Daarbij is ze van zeer grote toegevoegde waarde geweest voor Obvion, ons MT en zeker ook haar eigen team. Met goede verbinding heeft ze haar team laten groeien en succesvol laten aansluiten op de rest van de organisatie en optimaal laten bijdragen aan de Obvion doelstellingen. Dit ten tijden van de grootste IT verandering van Obvion. Daarnaast ook als persoon een hele goede aanvulling in team geweest. We zullen je humor in kennis enorm gaan missen. In the past (2011) I had the liberty to report to Hyke as an Incident Coordinator. I admire her ambition and Leadership as a manager. Thanks to Hyke I could develop my skills as a coordinator for KPN. She personally coached me to be more professional and challenged me to grow into a good and skilled coordinator. At the end I was able to report to her technically in the daily operation. I enjoyed working with her as she helped me grow and improve profesionally and personally. Currently I have been given the opportunity as a leader. Without her support I wasn't able to take these carreersteps so fast. She is now supporting me on a perslnal mentorship as a manager and facilitating me to recognize my personal style of leadership. She supports me by teaching me instruments in HR and reflecting to improve. Anyone is lucky to have her as a manager because she is respectfull, ambitiuous and eager to coach anyone who wants to.

Due to this process and its related tools Service Desk employees, 2nd and 3rd line engineers and end-users were able to search, share and use centrally stored knowledge documents. We created a Self Service Portal to facilitate the target group end-users. The portal was linked to all functionalities within ServiceNow.The Self Service Portal offered various options such as: accessing the knowledge database, search solutions for workplace orientated questions, view case statuses, starting chats with Service Desk employees and the possibility to register cases. With client cooperation I ensured that the end-user community would choose the Self Service Portal as preferred support channel. I was in charge of the communication and acceptance within the different groups and supplied demonstrations, webinars, communication plans and promotion strategies. I managed a team of consultants who had several supporting roles in and around ServiceNow which are described below.Responsibilities:- An implemented and mature onboarding, Document policy, and Knowledge management process.- High usage of the support Self Service Portal by our clients.- Ensuring that contract and operational agreements are technically translated into ServiceNow.- Lead, coach individuals, delegate and assign activities to support the financial and operational goals in customer satisfaction and human resource areas.
