I had the good fortune to work for Chris at B-Side Entertainment, and there are lots of flattering things I could say: Chris is smart, passionate about his work, dedicated to his family, and generally a pleasure to work with. What most impressed me about the four-plus years I spent in his employ, however, is his trustworthiness. Whatever the ups and downs of the company's situation at the moment (and there were plenty of both), I always knew Chris had the best interests of his employees at heart. The forward momentum and personal growth of the people who work for a company is an integral part of that company's success. Chris knew that and kept it in mind, even when I didn't.
