  Worked in an agile development space as a Summer intern with a small team of full-time associates as well as other interns to develop a web application that was rolled out to all 4000+ Walmart US stores and accessed by thousands of associates every day. Continued to work throughout my senior year as a co-op from school. • Programming languages involved JavaScript (libraries used include backbone, require and underscore), CSS and HTML5 for the Front-End, .NET for the back-end services, as well as SQL Database Queries. • Based upon the principal of “gamification” and utilized associate data and analytics to display real-time stats in certain metrics versus their peers contained within a leaderboard in a way that was personalized, fun, engaging and informative. • Consisted of multiple views that could only be accessed depending on whether the person attempting to use the app met certain criteria.
