  This is my first product company and my first at front end team leader position. YOOT created products to serve students, some highlight features are social network where students can connect each other or connect with recruiters, help students to find major, school and job base on their character, help student who want to find job and company, help student who want to study aboard to find school,… During the that time, I had to develop, test and assign job for other members. I also worked with design team to suggest the final product in that phase, sometimes, I joined the meeting to get feedback from director and update if necessary. I also worked as a mentor for internship students, I hosted a meeting once a week to transfer my knowledge in software development and assign homework for them, after that I had to review one by one to give my suggestion for them, by the end of the internship duration, I gave them my feedback and final score.   I worked 3 projects during that time, they are all VIP services for customers who are the VIP when using bank services. I worked as a full stack developer and worked with new platform called “Outsystems” to build the websites.   This project is automatically car in Germany. I joined this project which is my first project in career, during that time, I was chosen to on-site at BOSCH company. I had to developed, unit test, integration test and send the report for my supervisor. I had to be the best performance few months.
