  As manager of multiple large-scale cannabis cultivation facilities, I'm responsible for developing & training employees, creating methodologies & standard operating procedures. My passion for genetics keeps me abreast of new trends and emerging technologies. Through a client project, I was part of the team that designed, built & oversaw the implementation & execution of Washington's largest indoor cultivation & processing facility resulting in an average of $600,000 per month in sales. 18 months after our engagement, that facility is still top 3 in the state for revenue and number one in the state for Co2 oil.
