  Projects:  Construction of water transmission system from Sohar to AL Dhahirah Governorate, with following highlights : - Project profile: 64” (1600 mm) transmission line for 230KM CS pipes with 4 booster pumping stations and 15 steel tanks up to 450K m3 with a cost of 150 M OMR. - Handling the largest strategic transmission water line project (Construction of water transmission system from Sohar to AL Dhahirah Governorate) as Projects Senior engineer. - Supporting Senior Projects Manager (SPM) to Manage the main contractor (JV partners) & Sub-contractors to implement the project scope and OWWSC standers. - Support the project team (contractor & consultant) to solve all the project issues and conflicts (technical, contractual, etc.) as per the international contract conduction (FIDIC) between OWWSC and the contractor. - Supporting SPM to direct the entire project cycle (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) and hand over the project according to fixed deadline and set budget. - Managing all the internal and external stockholders across three Governorates (North AL – Batinah, Buraimi & Ad Dhahirah). - Handling the position of Acting Senior Projects Manager for Construction of water transmission system from Sohar to AL Dhahirah Governorate project. - Trainee and develop all the joiner engineers within the project team. - Ensure regular meetings are arranged amongst the project team members to track the progress and take necessary action steps on flagged issues. - Assist in ensuring that all resources that have been made available to the project have been efficiently managed. - Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. - Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project. - To develop project strategies and implementation plans in collaboration with the project team and Proactively manage any changes in project scope.
