Extensively working on negotiating of rates on W2. • Arranging client interviews and completing required paper work if candidate gets selected for the position. • Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the management. • Pre -interview preparation and post-interview follow-up. • Acting as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with consultant. • Worked with Accounts Manager/Team lead on all staffing related issues, such as recruitment, selection of candidates, offers, salary negotiation, interview techniques and closing candidates. Discuss the "core" of the job description, and deliver good candidates in a timely fashion. • Participating in weekly recruitment meetings, conference calls, supplier calls. • Handling background check process.
