Getting insurance in place, working with the architect and contractors to complete the build out in order to hit our grand opening time frame. Once the stores became operational my duties included expanding brand recognition through marketing on facebook, instagram, and local mail. Then focusing on hiring an exceptional team of employees to represent our brand. Managing my team with emphasis on customer service, product presentation, and store cleanliness. Payroll, daily store operations, responding to google and yelp reviews. My experience in running two high demand small businesses has been the hardest, yet best learning experience of my life. The Baked Bear is a custom ice cream sandwich shop. Our mission is to spread joy and create memories, bringing a smile to every customer’s face, one ice cream sandwich at a time.       Professional Arena/Indoor league quarterback. I pursued my ultimate goal of playing quarterback in the NFL for 5 years. I dedicated myself to the craft. My journey started when I was 182 pounds. I got myself a trainer to develop my strength and a quarterback coach to expand my skill set. I started out with an intense training program, and changed my eating habits. I put on 42 pounds of muscle and good fats in a 5 month span. I went to an NFL showcase in Houston, and got invited to the Super Regional Combine at Ford Field in Detroit, MI. I ended up working out for 9 NFL teams, and signed with an agency. I was told to get current film in the CFL, AFL or IFL. Which started my journey through the arena football world. From High School through my professional experience, I was voted captain by my coaches and/or peers on every team I’ve played for. Being a quarterback taught me skills in leadership, coach-ability, and consistently preparing and adjusting a game plan to give our team the best chance of winning. Show less
