I am responsible for entering all journal entries into the G/L section of the ERP system. I am in charge of receiving all AP invoices and entering them into the ERP system. Once the payment has been initiated via ACH or check from the accounting manager, I must enter the payment into the ERP system. I am in charge of reconciling both the A/P sections of the ERP system and the G/L bank reconciliation monthly.
