  • Supervise and verify then approve all daily accounting transactions (petty cash payments and bank payments from Vietcombank, Vietinbank, Sacombank, Techcombank, Payoo, Momo……) • Checking and approve all daily transactions in T24 Accounting program. • Check and approve trial balance, other reports submit to State bank Viet Nam, to HO & all tax reports to tax authorities. • Check all cash book, bank book daily and approve cash counts once a day • Check and approve all financial reports TB, BS, PL, CF. and note of financial statements and other ad-hoc reports to BOD and parent company monthly, quarterly, yearly. • Check and approve funding contract b/w branch and HO as well as monitoring the funding from specialized collection account to specialized disbursed accounts at Vietinbank and Sacombank. • Main contact person with other third parties like auditors, tax authorities and bankers, insurance company like GIC. • Manage and keep control UAT, go live in real production for core banking system Imx, T24, AD Tool for reporting & SBV. • Prepare accounting policies/manual as well as all related procedures for accounting department. • Manage all accounting staffs (more than 6 persons) to handle all accounting matters to process daily works smoothly. • Main person in charge in leading accounting projects like core banking implementation for personal loan SBV reports, CIC, iMX, T24…etc Show less
