I joined Reon Energy during execution of solar power plant, Unilever site and then later on moved to operation and maintenance department. My job duties as an O&M site Lead Engineer are as follows:• To manage all the operation & maintenance activities of the plant.• Preparing Daily & Monthly O&M performance reports.• Monitoring site and its activities.• Implementing all the safety protocols of Unilever factory during maintenance.• Preparing of Task Hazard Analysis and Work Method Statements.• Performing testing activity on inverters (requirement of WAPDA).• Perform all the preventive maintenance effectively.• To perform all the quality checks and inspections.• Co-ordinate with OEM vendors for equipment maintenance.• Identifies problems and develops action plans scheduling and execution of preventive and predictive.• To meet the requirements of company health, safety and environment policies.• Plan, schedule and ensure execution of daily, weekly and monthly activities to ensure smooth operationsof a solar power plant.• Takes the responsibility of monitoring the performance of solar power plant on a day-to-day basis andmust be available for immediate field trips in case of any fault recovery• Coordinate with client representatives regarding routine issues/works.• Ensuring the energy commitment to be fulfilled by cleaning and washing of panels.• To supervise workers and technical staff.

Operations and Maintenance Engineer
