  I have worded in BRAC’s non-formal education program for a year. Then I joined RDRS Bangladesh in 1995 and worked in different capacities and had dealing with around 3200 staffs including another 3000 volunteers which were covering 100% portfolio of RDRS Bangladesh. I am currently working on internal controlling system and policy development as the Director of Audit and Review team and also working on microfinance policy & system development of Gram Unnayan karma (GUK)I was awarded Danida Fellowship course at Alborg technical school and college in Denmark which was sponsored by Ramboll, Denmark and also got a certification on Leadership Academy at Thunderbird School of Global Management from America. It was a tremendous opportunity for me to attend the various type of professional training in the country and abroad as well.
