  •Performed ligand binding assays (manual and Robotic ELISA for quantitation of IgG Antibodies to Streptococcus pneumoniae serotypes in human serum using validated protocols under GMP conditions for Prevnar vaccine clinical trials in infants and adults. •Purified Toxoid A and Toxoid B from Clostridium difficile using FPLC (AKTA); Size Exclusion, Ion Exchange, Affinity Chromatography were utilized.•Characterized purified Toxoids using Coomassie Staining and Western Blot.•Performed Immunological assays (ELISA, Neutralization) on serum obtained from Hamsters immunized with Clostridium difficile vaccine candidates.•Prepared affinity columns for the purification of antibodies from non-human primate sera.•Experience with mammalian cell culture
