Event operations: Lead global operational teams in the preparation of the Annual Summit of WTCF (Fragrant Hills Tourism Summit) in different host cities around the world for 6 consecutive years. My responsibilities are as follows: as the primary person, collaborate with ministries or authorities for leaders’ protocol arrangements; work closely with host cities (Beijing, Morocco, Chongqing and Los Angeles) for convention layout, airport logistics, customs, protocol, volunteering, transport, accommodation, catering, city tour and etc.; assist security authority for background inspection and safety guarantee; instruct contracted companies to develop the summit management system for registration-related issue; supervise operation companies to run all operational things smoothly; communicate with candidate host cities for bidding preparation; collaborate with media team to expose member cities to a high level.Host City Promotion Program: design and implement the host city promotion program (Beautiful Beijing, Thousands tourists to Morocco and Mountain and Water City--Chongqing) separately, including advertisement strategy, media exposure and supporting activities.
