Huib played a very important role in the creation and execution of a restructuring plan that helped the company to overcome the crisis. He combines strong analytical skills with discipline in execution. During the implementation of the restructuring plan Huib maintained his entrepreneurial drive and kept his direct reports motivated by giving them responsibility and keeping them focused on sales results. I am thankful for his contribution and perseverance, not only as VP but also for his support to me as CEO to make the restructuring and transferring of Plymovent to a new shareholder successful.

It was a great pleasure to have worked with Huib. He was a key person in my international team of Commercial Directors with responsibility for all commercial activities directed from the Benelux and German/Swiss offices. Huib effectively led and managed two large commercial sales and service organizations driving machinery, packaging and service revenue. At the same time he played an important role in my team as Key Account Director for the European key accounts Heineken, Inbev AB and Red Bull.
