  Sinopharm Runda Medical Supply Chain (shanghai) Co., ltd is a subsidiary company of Sinopharm and Runda, specilizing in providing SPD service for clinical laboratory of a hispital. The service content includes IVD reagents & instruments supplying, ISO 15189 accredition, information systerm offering, medical laboratory redesigning and so on. I was enrolled in Runda as a management trainee , and then be combined to this start-up company. I have got a lot of experiences involved as a sale and a project manager in BD(Business and Development) Department and won The Excellent Employee award. 1. Develop more IVD-SPD business nationally, and the main responsible areas are Beijing, Jiangsu,Shanghai. The content contains design plan, preach PPT, stay in touch with key person, set the bidding parameters, write the bidding documents and so on. 2. Complete a project relating to "hierarchical medical system" in Jiading Distrist, Shanghai, and sumerized from this project to be a systermatic material. This material are promoted in the whole country. 3. Accomplish two projects of ISO 15189 accreditation in Shanghai Gongli Hospital and Shanghai Chest Hospital before the deadline. 4. Manage the sale things in Shanghai Gongli Hospital. Promote new programes and cutting-edge instruments to the hospital. 5. Be responsible for the assembly line sale task. assist a team to sell a assembly line to Jiading central hospital. 6. Initiate a publicity project: our company's video and brochure.
