From a corporate perspective, more than anyone, Hugo will create value for his clients. Hugo has a very strategic mindset, ability to problem solve, and makes everything he does look effortless and fun. Additionally, he is always available to help and inspire those around him. As a result of working closely with him, I am better both professionally and personally. However, what stands out is his natural leadership. His team trusts him and follows him. There is no doubt Hugo will lead organizations to new heights because he is not afraid to challenge and to set goals like they are never set before. I had the pleasure to work together with Hugo in the last 6 months. As a Sales Development rep I was responsible for creating opportunities out of his book of business. Since I joined the role I have felt a tremendous amount of support from Hugo. He always gave me the freedom to try my own methods, while still offering feedback, help and support when I needed it. Hugo is a true sales professional who is able to challenge the status quo, think outside the box and be creative in order to get results.
