1.Lead Annual Staff Cost budgeting process in china level, be partner with 30+ stores to improve staff cost management. And also be responsible for the cost budgeting and tracking of Retail service office. 2.Responsibile for yearly salary survey (Mercer and Aon Hewitt) and support C&B manager to design compensation package is in line with market trend. 1. Follow and implement IKEA Retail China Administrative routine to ensure HR Admin work is complying with all relevant local laws and regulations. 2. Support HR manager for annual salary review and ONE IKEA Bonus communication process. 10. Support HR manager for annual staff cost budgeting process and tracking. 11. Support Recuritment activities and Lead Co-worker Voice survey.12. Lead Co-worker engagement activities with good results.(Family day/Tillsammans Trip/Selling competition and etc.)13.
