Recent studies have also shown that yeast could play a decisive role in the treatment of many types of cancer. Furthermore, technological advances see yeast as an indispensable tool for making the ecological transition: - A circular production system with low CO2 emissions- Alternatives to phytosanitary products in agribusiness- Alternatives to antibiotics in animal husbandry- Yeast (50% protein), is considered an alternative to high meat consumption diets.- Many other discoveries: an Israeli startup discovered that we could produce milk proteins with yeast, another that yeast would allow us to favor a fatty acid capable of replacing palm oil...
