Hugo is a dedicated leader who cares for his team members. His knowledge and expertise help him to foresee the market and bring the already existing and new technologies to a competitive position. Highly efficient, he has a real involvement in sales, marketing and business administration. He can easily communicate and bring people together. On top of that he is extremely lively and fun colleague to work with!

Ridiculously efficient’ is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Hugo. I had the pleasure of working with him for more than 4 years now - collaborating on several projects staring from our Ph.D. time, then while I am working at DENSsolutions and even now, when I am back to academia and he became the CTO at the DENSsolutions. I was always in awe of his ability to get people on board with ideas—even people who were initially on completely different pages. Coupled with his knowledge and command over MEMS devices fabrication, his eagerness to help others and his friendliness makes Hugo one of the best leader and true asset for any company.
