I have undertaken cash flows and IRR analysis, using internal company models and used market software to complete residual and development appraisals. I also assist in the Asset Management of a portfolio of mixed use assets at Earls Court with a market value of circa £280m. Responsibilities included the execution of actions for improving the performance of the portfolio against budget including rent reviews, leasing renewals, re-gears and refurbishment projects.
