I joined the Advanced Worstation team as part of a research internship on the quantification of the aortic valve in preparation for a TAVI operation. The objective was to design an efficient deep learning solution to segment the aortic valve from a patient's CT scan. Fundamental research, implementation of mathematical functions, data analysis, learning optimization and validation of results and workflow were my main activities. Activities: Bibliographic research, mastering Tensorflow Estimators, memory and processing optimizations, image processing and trained model validation methods. Show less

Research in computer vision and artificial intelligence, generating new samples of medical pictures with Tensorflow. The main subject of the internship was the improvement of a dataset for polyp detection during non invasive digestive system acquisition using adversarial learning. I have conducted a complete state of the art of this technologie, customized original work for our problematic and produced a qualitative evaluation of our work. Technologies used: Python, tensorflow, keras, numpy, scipy, sklearn, Jupyter Show less
