The first locations launched with this new concept were Cova da Piedade, in Almada, and Graça, in Lisbon, with the inauguration of two stores with a strong digital component. Among the new functionalities, we can highlight the Click & Collect Express service, which allows customers to receive their orders at My Shop stores or at home within 48 hours, and the Digital Kiosk, a tactile screen terminal, for consultation of the website, where customers can carry out various actions, such as subscribing to a customer card and newsletters and viewing catalogues. Personalized service My Shop stores are also characterized by the personalized service they provide to customers, through the immediate availability of stock. The stores also stand out for their decoration in sustainable and natural materials, such as the shelves, all made of wood and handcrafted. Despite their smaller size, they have a wide range on display, where the customer can find the latest trends in decoration, organization, textiles and utilities items. This format is part of its multi-concept strategy and aims to provide customers with personalized experiences from an omnichannel perspective.
