During my time working with him at Hugh has really grown as a developer, taking ownership of projects, managing integration with our major supplier supplier as well as liaising with relevant business units. Hugh has picked up any new technology he's been pointed at, including AWS lambda functions, build tasks, CI jobs in Jenkins polymer/lit-element & lightning components for Salesforce.
