We had a job that required 3 different parties, Machinery (Hugh), Controls and Optimization. Although the controls and optimization technicians constantly argued and refused to work together Hugh was always pleasant, punctual and kept the other 2 parties in line during our install. Hugh took a lot of burden off of my back when he did not have to by doing so. Besides going above and beyond with personnel out of the 6 edgers that I have in my company Hugh's McDonough edger design is by far my favorite. I truly hope to work with him again in the future.
