It is a transport and logistics business operating in the construction waste management industry. I joined DATS just prior to the formalisation of the National Recycling Group joint venture between DATS and Melbourne Recycling Centres Pty Ltd. In April 2015 I worked on the capitalisation of the joint venture and the introduction of a new investor. Following the broadening of the shareholder base and solid growth, the company was sold to Photon Group Limited (ASX listed marketing services company now Enero Group Ltd ASX: EGG) and expanded to 100 people with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore and London plus an online data division.
